EZBuckleBelts.com was founded by Debra Skipper and Brenda Guy. The primary goal of the company is to revolutionize the belt industry and create quality belts that are much easier to fasten and unfasten than a traditional belt. Not only are the belts simpler to wear the belts are made of genuine leather and look great.
These belts have been a hit during product testing with everyone who’s come in contact with the product. We’ve had parents tell us how big of a difference the product has made in their children’s life along with adults that suffer from dexterity issues being amazed at how easy the belt is to use. The biggest surprise during product development and testing was the enthusiastic acceptance of the product by children and adults without any dexterity issues.

Brenda and I are both avid scuba divers, and most of the equipment we use as divers has Velcro® fasteners. For example, there’s a cummerbund on the BC made of Velcro® and is easily adjustable. When coming up with EZ Buckle Belts we were inspired by our friend who's a dive instructor that works with military veterans. One day he accompanied a vet that had lost his arm and had to swim with two dive buddies. Immediately we thought about a product that would be beneficial for people that required little to no assistance when using it.

In addition to the Military Veterans the concept really comes from wanting to do this for kids. I had a friend of mine who adopted a little girl from Haiti. She was this skinny little girl that could never find a belt her size and she needed one for her school uniform. So what we found was that not only can this belt be used for kids and people with dexterity issues but for people with no limitations at all.
Debra Skipper retired from a 20 plus year career in Finance and Treasury Management to start EZBuckleBelts.com. Brenda Guy currently works in Technology for a large Financial Services Company.
