Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping applies to the continental US (lower 48 states)
  • EZBuckleBelts ships anywhere in the 50 United States, including APO/FPO and Puerto Rico addresses.
  • We ship In stock items within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays)
  • We ship from Florida, depending on your location it can take 2-5 business days to any state in the continental US.  Please allow more mailing time for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico.
  • You can use a PO Box for USPS Orders only.
  • Please take the time to double check your order information:  We have an automated shipping process and unfortunately cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries.

 Returns Policy:

At EZBuckleBelts we have a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. .  If you are somehow unhappy with our product, please return it to us in original unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.  To return an item, simply email us at customerservice@EZBuckleBelts.com with your order number.  Once we receive your return request, we will email you a return label.

We cannot accept the return of any item more than 30 days after delivery.  If you have a problem after the 30 days, please email or call us to discuss the issue.  We cannot accept the return of any item purchased from other sellers.

We will email you as soon as we receive your return.  Expect to receive a credit within a week or two after.

Simple Exchanges:

We understand that occasionally online shopping and sizes do not mix.  If you are having issues with size or color, simply order a new one online and return the old one within 30 days.  See above for returns.

Warranty:

Your product has a 1 year warranty against defects in manufacturing.  The warranty does not cover normal wear.  You may contact us for any issues you have and we will happily take care of it for you.
